How It Works
Prevent T2 is not a “quick fix” or “crash diet” program. You will learn how to make deep and lasting changes to your life, including how to work activity into your routine, lose weight and keep it off and cook healthy, nutritious meals for yourself and your family. Because we are committed to long-term change, this is a year-long program. Virtual cohorts are available, and in-person courses will be held in every county in the mid-shore area.
