Carroll Scully is the Geriatric and Clinical Education Program Coordinator for ESAHEC. She joined ESAHEC in May 2020 as the Program Director for Connecting Kids to Coverage, enrolling children and their families in the Maryland Children’s Health Insurance Program and Medicaid. Before coming to ESAHEC, Carroll worked at a long-term care facility for six years, first as a Medicaid specialist and then progressing to business office manager. A native of Washington, DC, she moved to the Eastern Shore in 2004 and was an independent business owner in the hospitality industry for many years. Carroll earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delaware. Her favorite things to do outside the office are being a mom to three young adults, cooking, reading and going to the beach.
