“The rotation with the AHEC has allowed me to act as a provider, benefit from the experience with Choptank. It has given me confidence in procedures. Unlike medicine, dental residency is not required, but I believe a Dental Residency would be beneficial to any dental student before they graduate. You get to know basic dentistry, which allows you to polish your techniques. It is a spectacular program. “
